Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a gift certificate from Soins Studio Sculptor Inc, Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

 

2. Certificate Use: Certificates are valid for the purchase of goods and services offered at our physical location. They may be used to pay for any treatment or skincare product available at the time of redemption.

 

3. Validity Period: Each Certificate is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. After this date, the Certificate will no longer be usable and will not be subject to renewal or refund.

 

4. Non-Refundable: Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. They are not subject to any right of return or cancellation once purchased.

 

5. Purchase and Redemption: Certificates must be redeemed in a single transaction, either towards a higher value and the balance paid by the Certificate holder, or as a part-payment for a transaction of greater value. No change or credit will be given for unused portions of a Certificate.

 

6. Transferability: Certificates are transferable and may be gifted to third parties. They cannot, however, be resold.

 

7. Lost or Stolen Certificates: We are not responsible if a Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

 

8. Compliance with Laws: The sale and redemption of Certificates are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Certificates may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

 

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. The current version of terms and conditions will be available on our website.

 

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
